Children Plan (for ages 1-14)
- 1 basic cleaning every 6 months
- Oral cancer screening with cleaning
- 1-2 exams/year
- X-rays as determined necessary
- 1 emergency exam with X-ray/year
- 1 mineral treatment/year
- Up to 15% off any needed treatment
- TOTAL: $32.00/mo or $445.00/yr
(Orthodontics are excluded)
Adult Plan (for ages 15 and up)
- 1 basic cleaning every 6 months
- Oral cancer screening with cleaning
- 1-2 exams/year
- X-rays as determined necessary
- 1 emergency exam with X-ray/year

- Up to 15% off any needed treatment
- TOTAL: $40.00/mo or $502.00/yr

Perio Maintenance Plan
- 1 periodontal maintenance every 3-4 months
